Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy for lessons offered by Skate Tech (also referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” in this document).
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Once your order has been confirmed, we do not provide refunds for cancellations. However, if you cannot attend a lesson, we can reschedule it without a fee as long as you give us a 24-hour notice. If you give us less notice than that, your lesson will be forfeited. This same policy applies to group lessons.
If you are unable to attend a group class, you are eligible to receive credit for the cost of that class, under the condition that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Each term, you are permitted to cancel up to 2 classes and receive credit accordingly. Note that cancellations initiated by Skate Tech or resulting from weather conditions do not count towards the 2 allowable cancellations for credit.
Cancellations by us
If for any reason we need to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to the coach becoming suddenly unavailable or as a result of any government authority decision or anything outside of our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduling of the lesson.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If the lesson must be cancelled due to weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduling of the lesson. We will aim to notify you of a weather-related cancellation with a minimum of 2 hours notice, although this may be less due to weather unpredictability. For group classes, in the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will offer lesson credit which can be used for a future group class.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson, nor give prior notice, you will not be eligible for any refunds or rescheduling.

Our Cancellation Policy is updated periodically, so please check it regularly. To stay updated on any changes, check the date at the top of this page, indicating the last time we updated these terms.
This Cancellation Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this page.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Skate Tech.
By booking a skateboarding lesson with Skate Tech, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
